England was only half listening - what did he care for new lands? He was too busy with his own as it was! - while Spain chattered on.

"-there's a lot of gold - entire cities, Inglaterra! - and it's really rich-"

"Wait. What?"

Spain, interrupted, blinks perplexedly and nods.

"Gold, Inglaterra."

England takes another look at the map (how had Spain gotten all that land? He knew of the sea voyages, but all of this?) and scowls.

"It's my empire."

"Why are ye over here, anyways? Going t'try an' convert me again?"

Spain looks startled at England's question and sudden irritation, but laughs it off and gives a half nod.

"To show you that, without God, you cannot have anything as grand as this."
