Title: i is for immortal

Being immortal isn’t something Vrtra takes pleasure in; coasting through the broken ruins of Devaloka and watching the small forms of towns and cities growing and fighting on Naraka just makes her heart ache for the unity Asura had managed before he died. She settles on the ruins of Sky Castle (in its courtyard, which flourishes with broken pillars and stone devas instead of the beautiful flowers and shrubs it once had) and peers through the halls, feeling as empty as the white corridors. She turns her head to the mountains far below and again begins to think of a place she could lay to rest until her final years had passed (it was inevitable now, that passing, with the Fall; she’ll consider herself immortal - without limits - until she feels her last day upon her), hoping for her journey through the skies to end soon and to be able to find Asura once again.
