Title:Moe Moe Kyun Germania-kun!!!

Warning: SOME MAJOR CRACK.
"Hi! I am Germania, the most moe moe kyun boy ever!"
Rome stares at the stony-faced, yet oddly cheerful-voiced boy and wonders if he's had something particularly strong to drink.
"Er... Hello, Germania..."
"So, uh, are we going to eat by the Rhine today?"
"Uh - what?"
Germania twirls his hair around his index finger, still with that same, unemotional expression.
"You know, Rome! The Rhine. That river that separates you from me."
"I know, but when did I say we would-"
"You didn't."
"I've known you for three days."
"Plenty of time. According to your standards, little Republic."
"Touché."
Pause. Germania glances at Rome again, unreadable as ever; Rome blinks, then smiles.
"On one condition."
"Yeah?"
"Don't talk."
"Super okay!"
Germania does that moe moe kyun thing, which ends up disturbing Rome and he bans that, too, before they have a pleasant if impromptu lunch at the edge of the Rhine.
