Title: sounds of laughter shades of life

Page 8, prompt 7; smiling faces. For Seth.
kid hated this man. hated, hated, hated. one side higher than the other on his permanent disappointed face-- one hair out of place--
and now, drawing a large, asymmetrical smile on his face. he could feel the marker against his skin; one side was higher than the other, the other was fatter than the other, the middle (his lips) were colored darker. he looked like a freak, as if the Joker had suddenly become a mime, cracked tooth grin and black and white, taking the world over silently, without laughs; a true freak.
gopher grins, and starts on his eyes.
