Arthur hates to lose control, so Antonio tries to steal it from him as often as he can.

It’s why he slips the blindfold around Arthur’s eyes and kisses him; it’s why he ties the thrashing limbs and kisses those, too, plants little butterfly kisses all along the naked skin, laughs softly and pretends to leave only to return at the smallest of movements and ravages the skin with words, spoken and written. It’s why he smiles in the face of a dangerous foe, why he makes love to someone who hates him, why he trips up Arthur with words and phrases that mean everything and nothing.

Antonio loves to steal control, as payment for everything Arthur’s ever stolen from him – life, liberty, and love.
