She cackles as he tries to get a steady grip around her waist; he manages it, both arms tucked securely beneath her breasts, and she lets the broom hover in the air above the West Coast.
“Gorgeous, right? Too bad you warlocky types can’t do this. Only us witches, cutest of all the mages, can do it!”
“That’s subjective. But it is pretty nice up here.”
She raises her hands and laughs again when his grip tightens, just a little; he huffs on her ear and she shrieks, spinning them down and stopping just short of hitting the rooftops.
“Don’t do that! Or we’ll fall!”
“You seem fine. How does your hat stay on?”
“Magic.”
